Torrential Rain in Bosnia and Herzegovina Leads to Evacuations and Power Outages

Severe flooding occurred after torrential rainfall in Bosnia and Herzegovina overnight on November 4-5, leading to power outages and road closures and prompting evacuations, local media reported.

“Situation is serious but under control,” Sarajevo Canton Prime Minister Edin Forto told the press in a meeting, local media reported.

According to N1, some parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina saw up to 60 liters of rain per square meter.
