Tornado Damages Property in Weld County, Colorado

A tornado damaged homes and property after it touched down in Weld County, north of Denver, Colorado, on June 7, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

This footage was captured by Twitter user @juliatruesd, who said it was captured on County Road 1 near the edge of Weld County.

The NWS said it would be conducting a damage survey to determine the intensity of the storm on Tuesday.

The tornado tracked north of Frederick to west of Platteville in the afternoon.
