When compared to H1 2021, Petaling Jaya (PJ) takes the throne once more. We found that a whopping 42% of CSS H2 2021 respondents are looking to purchase a property in thriving PJ!

And there’s good reason for that too. PJ enjoys all the convenience, amenities, accessibility and entertainment of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, but with a more down-to-earth, family-centric environment.

That’s because despite being Selangor’s state capital, Shah Alam is renowned for being a city of nature and calm, quiet living.
