The 27-year-old actor made yet another striking fashion statement at the Wonka premiere in Paris on Friday, wearing in a metallic sheer top as he hit the red carpet at the event.
Joined by costar in the film Hugh Grant, Chalamet wore a light pink beaded top with embroidered loops paired with black silk tailored pants by Tom Ford and black loafers. The actor — who plays the titular character in the new movie — opted to keep his look accessory-free, leaving the standout top as the main focus.

Chamalet’s elegant look in Paris comes after he wore another striking outfit by Tom Ford at the London premiere of Wonka earlier this week.
The actor wore a pink velvet suit from the label’s Spring/Summer 2024 womenswear collection as he went shirtless underneath. He paired the suit with a custom Cartier necklace with a white gold base including close to 1,000 precious stones, according to British Vogue.

While at the London premiere, Chamalet spoke to PEOPLE about the challenge of “loosening up” in the role.
"I realized everything I've worked on [has had a] grounded seriousness to it, and here I had to loosen up and play, kind of like I did in high school, but I hadn't done in 10 years or something," he said to PEOPLE during a conversation with a group of reporters.
"That was the learning curve. But once it was in full swing, then it felt like we were cookin.' "

The actor also shared, at the London event, that he didn’t reach out to predecessor Johnny Depp, who played Wonka in the 2005 Tim Burton remake of the film based on Roald Dahl's beloved children's novel, while preparing for the part.
"[Charlie and the Chocolate Factory] came out when I was about 10 or 11 years old. And I just thought it was very bold," Chalamet told E! News on the carpet.
Chalamet added that he loves the 1971 film adaptation, starring the late Gene Wilder as Wonka, which he “saw first” and “grew up on.”
