Three civilians injured in FPV drone attack in Donetsk Oblast, Russian forces suspected

Three civilians, including a 68-year-old man and two women aged 49 and 67, were injured in a Russian drone attack on a car in the Pokrovsk district, Donetsk Oblast, Regional Prosecutor's Office reported on Telegram on May 5.

The incident took place near the village of Mykhailivka in the Novohrodivska territorial community at 9 a.m. EET. The victims were treated for mine-blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.

Preliminary information suggests that the attackers used an FPV (first-person view) drone equipped with an F-1 grenade.

A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched by law enforcement officers.

On May 4, Donetsk Oblast Governor Vadym Filashkin reported that three civilians had been killed and two others injured in a series of Russian strikes.
