Thousands Without Power in Western New York After Ice Storm
Tens of thousands of customers lacked power in western New York’s Erie County as intense winter weather impacted the region on Thursday, February 23, according to Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz and NYSEG.
The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory in the area through 6 pm on February 23 and warned of additional ice accumulations.
