Thousands Take Part in Goma Protest at Rwandan Border
Large crowds gathered in protest at the Rwandan border in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), on June 15, amid rising tensions between the two countries.
The situation escalated between the DRC and Rwanda after a rebel group, called M23, captured the DRC border town of Bunagana on Monday, June 13. Congo has accused Rwanda of backing the Tutsi-led M23.
