Mysteries, secrets and that unsettling feeling of being somewhere you're not supposed to be – The Third Day is the latest collaborative thriller from HBO and Sky Studios.
Set on the beautiful and remote British island of Osea, The Third Day follows two people who arrive at different times to a strange and foreboding island isolated from the mainland... where everything may not be what it seems.
The Third Day is made up of six episodes with an additional live special in the middle, and it's split into three standalone but interconnected parts.
'Summer' is the overriding title of the first three episodes that follow Sam (Jude Law), a man drawn to the island.
'Autumn' is the next part – an immersive theatrical live event that takes place over one continuous shot that deepens the lore of the island and its inhabitants, and will let viewers experience the story in a unique and cinematic way.
The final three episodes will chronicle 'Winter', documenting the arrival of Helen (Naomie Harris), a headstrong outsider looking for answers on the island.
