Residents of a village in Indonesia watched in horror today (September 13) as hundreds of starving wild monkeys raided their homes. Footage captured by a local in the Marapura area of South Kalimantan showed a huge troop of desperate monkeys leaping from roof to roof in search of food. According to local reports, the wild animals are believed to have started raiding human settlements due to the lack of food in the forest.
