Taylor Swift's Rep Releases Statement Following Alleged Altercation Between Scott Swift and a Pap
Taylor Swift's rep has released a statement addressing reports that Scott Swift got into an altercation with a pap in Sydney, saying “Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water."
The alleged altercation was covered by multiple outlets including TMZ and Rolling Stone, the latter of which said the incident occurred at 2:30 a.m on Tuesday in Sydney, and that police confirmed the photographer "did not require medical treatment.”

Police also gave a statement to People, saying they were investigating an "alleged assault after a 71-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 51-year-old man at Neutral Bay Wharf" and that "The younger man reported the incident and inquiries are now underway by officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command. The man did not require medical treatment."
Meanwhile, TMZ has published footage of the alleged incident unfolding. It's honestly hard to tell what's going on, but one can see a group—seemingly including Scott Swift and Taylor Swift (who was under an umbrella)—walking towards the person filming them. Someone who appears to be a member of Taylor's team says "step away from the vehicle" as the group approaches their waiting car, and the person filming is blocked by an umbrella. Later in the video, the person filming seemingly loses their footing, and another person says off screen “That wasn’t me, that wasn’t me.”
