Taylor Swift's Brother Austin Dramatically Saves Fan at Concert

Austin Swift is a man of the people—I mean Swifties. Austin took a page out of his sister Taylor Swift's book during her Eras Tour show in Indianapolis, Indiana, over the weekend. The dedicated brother stepped in when security started getting unnecessarily aggressive with a fan dressed as Taylor's football player boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
In a now-viral clip posted to TikTok, Austin can be seen stepping in to stop security from throwing out a fan wearing a full Kansas City Chiefs uniform, helmet and all. During the interaction, venue workers can be seen grabbing the woman's arm and forcing her to leave, seemingly because of the helmet.
"This is not allowed," one guard said pointing to the helmet after the fan tried to get Kelce's attention in the VIP section.
Austin eventually walked over to diffuse the situation and said to the security guards, saying, “Hey, let’s not put hands on people." He assured them everything was okay before commending the woman on the costume.
“I’m sorry about that. It’s a really cool costume," he said to the woman, noting that the interaction had something to do with the face covering. “You guys enjoy the concert," he added. "Have a great night.”
Kelce can also actually be seen in the background of the video, appearing to look over at the altercation at one point. According to the user who posted the clip, Austin also gave the fan some guitar picks for her trouble.
“Austin Swift saving my sister from getting kicked out of Indy [night 2]," the caption read.
Throughout the tour, Taylor herself has helped fans from the stage, from directing crew to get water for concertgoers during a heatwave in Brazil to standing up to security guards. During a show in Philadelphia last year, the singer hollered at a guard for engaging in a heated dispute with a fan. In the now-viral video, Swift could be seen yelling, "She's fine," between lyrics of her song "Bad Blood." "She wasn't doing anything."
