Taylor Swift Celebrates Her Latest ‘Eras’ Triumph at Hollywood Premiere: ‘I Have Never Felt This Way About Anything’

Taylor Swift hit the red carpet Wednesday to celebrate the premiere of her highly anticipated concert film, “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour,” at the AMC The Grove 14 in Los Angeles.

Speaking to the eager, to-the-gills audience of fans, famous friends and colleagues, the pop superstar enthused, “I have never felt this way about anything.”

She also credited her Swiftie fans for making the tour an unforgettable one.

“I’ve never had a fraction of the amount of fun I had on the Eras Tour — ever,” Swift said.

“We pranced on that stage because of what met us on the other side, and that was you and how much you cared about it. It was absolutely everything,” she continued. “So I think you’ll see that you absolutely are main characters in this film because that’s what made this tour magical, that’s what made it different than anything I’ve ever done in my life.”

Earlier Wednesday, Swift had more good news for both her fans and movie theater owners, announcing on social media that “The Eras Tour” will hit theaters a day early on Thursday evening, with additional screenings being added throughout the weekend in theaters nationwide.

“Look what you genuinely made me do,” she said in the surprise, pre-premiere announcement, crediting the decision to “unprecedented demand.” “The Eras Tour” has already sold more than $100 million in presales worldwide, and is expected to be the largest domestic box office opening ever in the month of October, a record that currently belongs to “The Joker” with a $96 million haul in 2019.

Swift did not address the film’s astronomical projections at Wednesday’s premiere, and instead took a few minutes ahead of the screening to thank her management, producers and onstage collaborators for consistently bringing “The Eras Tour” together “every single night in sickness or in health, in any weather conditions we would face, regardless of what was going on in our lives.”

“I am so proud of, I want to say, like, my management team — 13 Management are the most amazing people that I’m so lucky to get to work alongside such incredible, innovative, just such efficient, wonderful, passionate people,” Swift said. “And they care about you guys just as much as I do. So I am so proud of this film. Sam Wrench is our amazing director, he’s absolutely incredible. We had an amazing team of just camera operators and editors and everyone in post-production. And I am so honored in all of their work and their dedication to this.”

She ended her two-minute speech by saying, “And I think I’ll just watch it with you now. Let’s have a blast guys, thank you for coming!”

And they had probably dreams and hopes; the less and less, I fear today, unfortunately," said Andrea De Domenico, head of the UN humanitarian office in the Palestinian territories."People who in the last nine months have been moved around like pawns in a board game."- Evacuation order -The United Nations says up to 250,000 people were affected by Israel's order to evacuate 117 square kilometres (45 square miles) -- equivalent to one-third of Gaza's territory.The Israel-Hezbollah border clashes have killed at least 496 people in Lebanon, most of them fighters but also including 95 civilians, according to an AFP tally.Israeli authorities say at least 16 soldiers and 11 civilians have been killed on their side of the UN-patrolled border.The Gaza war at the heart of the violence has meanwhile raged on, with gun battles, air strikes and shelling rocking Gaza City for an eight straight day.Israeli troops "destroyed tunnel routes in the area and eliminated dozens of terrorists in close-quarters combat with tank fire, and in aerial strikes," the military said.- 'Maelstrom of human misery' -Israel has faced an international outcry over the soaring civilian death toll, punishing siege and mass destruction in Gaza.The UN humanitarian coordinator for Gaza, Sigrid Kaag, this week called for an end to the "maelstrom of human misery".Netanyahu has insisted Israel will destroy Hamas and bring home the remaining hostages.Biden, under growing domestic pressure over Washington's support for Israel, in late May outlined a roadmap for a six-week truce and exchange of hostages for Palestinian prisoners.There has been little progress since, but Hamas said Wednesday it was communicating with officials in Qatar and Egypt as well as Turkey with an eye to ending the conflict.Hamas said its Qatar-based political chief Ismail Haniyeh had "made contact with the mediator brothers in Qatar and Egypt about the ideas that the movement is discussing with them with the aim of reaching an agreement".Netanyahu's office said Wednesday that "Israel is evaluating the (Hamas) remarks and will convey its reply to the mediators".The main stumbling block so far has been Hamas's demand for a permanent end to the fighting, which Netanyahu and his far-right coalition partners strongly reject.burs-dv/kir
