Taylor Swift Arrives at Chiefs Game Wearing Cowboy Boots and Short Shorts
Taylor Swift just showed up at the Chiefs's November 4 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, arriving in one of her best game-day outfits yet: cowboy boots, denim shorts, and a leather Chiefs jacket.
There was some speculation that Taylor might attend a Kamala Harris rally tonight ahead of the election tomorrow, but it's been well established that—due to security concerns—Arrowhead Stadium is one of the few places she feels comfortable attending events.
As a source recently told Page Six, “She’s not going anywhere unless she knows the venue intimately and it has been thoroughly scouted and secured in advance." They also noted that security has been a recent concern for Taylor, explaining “Something people don’t really understand—and that’s by design—is how much courage Taylor has...announcing her endorsement of Kamala was insanely brave, and continuing to go onstage after Vienna was insanely brave.”
Taylor delivered a rousing endorsement of Kamala on Instagram after the presidential debate, saying in part "I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades."
She also encouraged fans to vote in a post about her Indianapolis shows, saying "And here’s a friendly but extremely important reminder that tomorrow is the US Election and your last chance to vote. 🗳️ 🇺🇸"
