Tarek El Moussa is getting the last word.

Earlier this week, the Flip or Flop alum, 42, shared a joint Instagram post with his wife Heather, 36, in which she took part in a viral TikTok trend that requires a bit of dancing skills.

The clip, captioned with "Day 2 learning how to twerk," showed the pair in the gym as Heather progressively got better at a TikTok dance trend set to a remix of Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter track "Riiverdance" and Lil Ronny MothaF's hit "Circle." Just a couple days before, the Selling Sunset alum, 36, posted her "Day 1" attempt at the dance, and fans have noticed she appeared confident with her improvement the second time around.

But just like her last video got mixed reactions from fans — with some giving her an "A for effort" — her latest attempt was no different.

While some fans were supportive of her twerking efforts, one wrote, "Can we not be so desperate," to which Tarek responded with one word: "change 🤷‍♂️." In the same thread, one fan wrote that the video was "obviously" a joke, and Tarek responded with a few clapping emojis.

After one supporter commended Heather on "getting better" and noticed that the pair got "some haters" on their pages, Tarek responded again: "We get a ton it’s crazy," he wrote.

"Why is everyone so mean?!?! You are adorable, happy, successful, and in love," another fan commented on the couple's joint post, before Tarek responded with a heart emoji. "I love seeing you having fun! Twerk away darling!"

Tarek's latest comments defending the pair's social media output come after their Monday, June 17, Instagram Reel in which they partook in the same challenge, when Heather showed off her best dancing efforts and asked fans, “How’d I do? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Be nice guys 😂.”

After the first post, Tarek commented that his wife was “🔥🔥🔥 looking fiiine!”

The Flipping El Moussas stars, who got married in 2021, are also using social media to give fans a little insight into their family life. On Tuesday, June 18, Heather did a Q&A on her Instagram Stories when a fan asked if the pair intend to have another child. She and her husband welcomed their son Tristan last year, and Tarek is already dad to Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8.

"I get asked this a lot, I think it’s just a natural question. We already have one amazing, adorable baby and I’m obsessed with him,"  she said. "I mean, we have a full plate though. We do have three kids. And Tristan’s an easy baby, you guys. I love everything about it. I love everything about being a mom."

"So it does make me want more kids, but then a lot of people have said you have one angel baby and the second one ends up being like a terror," Heather added. "So that would probably happen to me but you know what? Whatever. So I don’t know, we’ll see. You never know what’s going to happen."

Back in April, Tarek spoke with host Jennifer Hudson on The Jennifer Hudson Show about the transition from a two-kid to a three-kid household after welcoming their baby boy in 2023.

"It's a different experience. When I was in my 20s when I had my daughter, I was young, I was building my business," he said. "I was overwhelmed. I was stressed out. And today, I'm a little more established. I'm a little older. I'm a little wiser. So it's a different experience and I'm really enjoying it."
