Tang Wei on director husband: He is profound and curious!

6 Jun - Working together for the second time since "Late Autumn", Tang Wei is full of praise for filmmaker husband Kim Tae-yong for his work on the new movie, "Wonderland".

As reported on Epoch Times, the actress, who spoke to the media to promote the film recently, shared that Kim is both a great filmmaker and a good husband.

"He has a wide range of knowledge that can be described as profound. He is also a very curious person. When I first met him, I thought he had simultaneously the curiosity of a six-year-old and the demeanour of a 60-year-old," she said lightheartedly of her husband of 10 years.

When mentioned that Kim was singing compliments for her hard work and dedication, Tang smiled and said, "Actually, I have to change that a little. I am not a hard-working person. I am just a person. When I am given a role, I will try to immerse myself in it and enjoy it."

As to whether their daughter Summer resembled her or Kim more, Tang said that Summer is independent and strong just like her.

"Her father doesn't seem to be like that," she said jokingly. Kim agreed to this, which drew laughter from the audience.
