29 Jun – Following her husband Auston Lam's announcement that he has left TVB and its sister label Voice Entertainment, Tammy Ou Yang recently went online to express her support for the singer.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress posted a message on Instagram which read, "Since I left TVB until now, no matter privately or publicly, never once did I say a single sentence, because I really don't want to have a relationship with them again."
"But today I want to say one, thank you for releasing my husband, but please take back this gift of yours. We will have a good life!"
She captioned the post, "I am relieved. Let's work together!"
Good friend Jinny Ng also took to the comments section to encourage the couple, writing, "All the best!"
On 25 June, Auston posted on social media that he has left TVB three months after Tammy's own departure, after the company proposed a change in his contract that would only enable him to make HKD 12,000 a year. This comes three months after Tammy herself left the company and expressed support for the Hong Kong protests.
