Taiwanese singer-actor Crowd Lu to stage concert in Kuala Lumpur on May 27

KUALA LUMPUR, March 8 — Taiwanese singer, composer and actor Crowd Lu will be joining the long list of celebrities set to perform here in the next two months.

The 37-year-old, who last performed in Malaysia some three years ago, will return on May 27 for his C'Mon Live Concert tour at Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The tour, which kicked off at Kaohsiung Music Centre, Taiwan, is to promote his sixth album Healism that was released in December 2021, New Straits Times reported.

The album sees Lu collaborating with acclaimed music producers Tiger Chung and Huang Shao Yong, with tracks ranging from folk and ballad to rock, disco and bossanova.

He also partnered renowned Hong Kong lyricist Wymen Wong for the first time in the title track C'Mon.

Prior to his appearance here, Lu, who won the Best Original Film Song in the 57th Golden Horse Awards, would perform in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia next month.

Tickets for the 7pm event are priced between RM198 and RM638, excluding the processing fee.
