Susannah Constantine has shared a snap of herself with a bloody wound after hitting her head on a rock.

The What Not To Wear star, 59, admitted she is pretty "uncoordinated" and took a tumble while she was out for a run.

And she joked that it was no wonder she was rubbish when she was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.

The snap shared on Instagram shows the star with a nasty looking laceration just above her eyebrow.

"Fell and smacked my head on a rock running," she wrote on Instagram.

"Most uncoordinated person I know.

"No wonder I was s*** on Strictly."

When singer Jake Shears sent his sympathies, Constantine replied to say she had hurt her leg too.

"Much better than it looks. Think I might have broken my leg but that doesn’t translate as well on Insta," she wrote.

Constantine was a contestant on Strictly in 2018.

She was paired with pro Anton Du Beke and the pair were the first to be booted off the dancefloor, with their routine getting just 12 marks, the lowest score for a foxtrot in the history of the BBC show.

After being eliminated she admitted it had been a "car crash" of a performance.

Speaking on spin-off show It Takes Two, she said: "Obviously, I'm gutted to be out first. It's not a nice feeling at all, but if anyone else had gone out, I'd have felt like I cheated.

"I am the worst dancer."
