Sunway Property welcomes new homebuyers and their families to the Community in Sunway Lagoon Night Park!
Master Community Developer, Sunway Property, held its first ever Sunway Property Reward+ Buyers’ Nite last weekend at the Sunway Lagoon Night Park to welcome new homebuyers and their families to the Sunway community.
This is the biggest event ever hosted by Sunway Property since the pandemic and it is also the first largest single event held in Sunway Lagoon Night Park since its launch November last year.
The Night Park was closed exclusively for homebuyers. Specially curated for the Buyers’ Nite, Sunway Theme Park customized the layout of the park by adding 16 new activities and dazzling stage shows to deliver a magical experience. They also opened up special attractions and Food Streets that are usually closed for Night Park.
Sunway Property Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, Gerard Yuen said, “Sunway Property Reward+ Buyers’ Nite not only celebrates homebuyers and their families but also an opportunity for all of us in Sunway Property to get to know our community personally and for them to experience the Sunway brand. Sunway Property Reward+ is one of the three pillars of Sunway Property’s post-purchase experience. This initiative was launched last year for its community of owners, sub-sale owners and tenants in Sunway Property’s developments including a Rent+ tenant program and a Care+ home care program.
Inspired by Sunway Property’s tagline of “We Care, We Stay with You for Generations”, the enhanced layout and programming are a surprise and delight not only for children but also exhilarating for guests of all ages as well. In addition to that, there was also a lucky draw where attendees could stand a chance to win up to three Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill vouchers worth RM1,000 each.
The magical experience started from Sunway University, where homebuyers and their families have the option to park-and-ride a chartered shuttle bus to Sunway Lagoon. Homebuyers are treated to a mini tour of Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, specially narrated by Sunway University Student Guides that volunteered as Brand Experience Representatives for the Buyers’ Nite.
Homebuyer Jegathesan Fernandez said, “The last time I took a bus tour was when I was travelling in Europe before the pandemic. It was indeed a refreshing experience to be able to take a bus tour again. Thank you, Sunway Property.”
Despite the rain, more than 1,000 homebuyers turned out. The Buyers’ Nite ended with a magnificent and memorable firework display at the Sustainable Development Goals walk with an exclusive Sunset Cruise featuring an unparalleled live DJ Show. The fireworks can be seen lighting up the whole skyline of Petaling Jaya, clearly visible even from the most recently handed-over Sunway Serene project.
