With 2021 fast approaching, it's the usual time that people are making their New Year's resolutions.
Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two host Rylan Clark-Neal admits he makes the same one every year.
"I've learnt in this job that there's no point in making resolutions because everything changes in a heartbeat," he exclusively told Digital Spy.
"Every year I sit there and say I'm going to start the gym and look like a bodybuilder by the end of the year and I still look like a fucking rake. I'm not the biggest resolution keeper."
He added what he's got planned for the next year in terms of TV work.
"I'll be back on Ready Steady Cook next year – that I'm really looking forward to because we had a really nice time doing that last year," he said.
"A couple of years ago it was all sort of definite, there'd be Big Brother, a celebrity and a civilian one. But now, the sort of jobs that I do, I never know what I'm doing next. It's a bit of a roulette so when the phone rings I sit there and go. 'es, no, sold'.
"I like a schedule, I like knowing what I'm doing, when I'm doing it, when I've got a day off and how much money I have but I'm lucky to do the job I do.
"I just wait and see and hope for the best."
Rylan previously said he was "very excited" about Ready Steady Cook getting a second series.
"We never realised when series one was on-air the climate that we would be living in and how beneficial it was to so many at home watching, who were scrambling to make meals from random ingredients in the cupboard!" he said of the return.
