Strictly Come Dancing’s Shirley Ballas is seeking further tests at King’s Hospital after fans spotted a lump under her arm during the live shows.

The head judge, 61, is known for her glamorous outfits on the BBC favourite, judging the contestants from behind the glittery desk.

However, earlier this series, fans alerted Ballas to a concerning protrusion under her arm after she lifted them up, and to be rather safe than sorry, she headed to the doctors to get it checked out.

She said: “We’re just having a little check-up. Since several of you thought they saw a lump under my arm and i went to get that checked, then the doctor said she thought my levels weren’t right - my hormone levels weren’t right.

She went on to credit King’s Hospital, who will now be looking into the matter further.
