Street Becomes Pond as Nor'easter Hits Hoboken

Streets in Hoboken, New Jersey, were flooded on Tuesday, October 26, after a nor’easter brought heavy rain to the US northeast.

The City of Hoboken declared a state of emergency and warned people not to drive through floodwaters.

Local news reports said between two and five inches of rain were expected and a flash-flood warning was in place for Hoboken and the surrounding areas on Tuesday.
