‘Stranger Things’ Reveals Season 5 Episode Titles, Confirms Release Window
We’re getting some of the first details of the upcoming fifth season of Stranger Things. Netflix has revealed the episode titles for the eight-episode season and confirmed Season 5 will be released in 2025, not 2026, which has been speculated. The news was announced on Stranger Things Day, which always falls on Nov. 6, the day that Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) went missing in Hawkins, Ind. Watch the teaser below.
The episode titles for Season 5 are “The Crawl,” “The Vanishing of _____,” “The Turnbow Trap,” “Sorcerer,” “Shock Jock,” “Escape From Camazotz,” “The Bridge” and “The Rightside Up.”

Note that the second episode title leaves a bit of mystery with “The Vanishing of _____” something. We’ll have to stay tuned for whatever or whomever is vanishing.
As previously announced, Season 5 will see new cast members Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, and Alex Breaux are joining the cast of Stranger Things Season 5. Linda Hamilton also announced at 2023’s Tudum: A Global Fan Event that she would be joining the final season as well, but details of her role are being kept under wraps. They join principal cast members Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton.
We know there will be time jump in Season 5 which will pick up in the fall of 1987, more than a year after the events of season 4, which began in March 1986. The Season 4 finale ended with Vecna opening a gate to the Upside Down, leading to mass destruction in Hawkins.
