'Stormy Skies' Seen in Central West Virginia Amid Weather Warnings

Dark clouds descended upon Spencer, West Virginia, on Tuesday, August 30, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a hazardous weather outlook in the region.

This footage posted to Twitter by user @Elicaldwell shows a series of dark clouds rolling over Spencer, West Virginia.
