Steven Ma writes "Man 40 CEO" to make people happy

12 Aug – After the success of "Bu Chance: Xu Zhimo" and "Till We Meet Again", Steven Ma is back with a new stage play titled, "Man 40 CEO".

As reported on Mingpao, the actor who spoke about the new play, stated that it would be different from his previous two works, which was more dramatic and tear-jerking.

"Although the past two plays were received well, they made the audience cry. So I promised fans that the next time I have a new play, I will make sure to make it a happy one. So when I conceived "Man 40 CEO", I made it with the intention to make everybody happy," he said.

However, Steven stressed that the new play is not purely nonsensical comedy, and that he has three big messages to relay to the audience.

"Cherish, forgive, tolerate and love. In fact, the world has always had these elements. It's just that with the current atmosphere, people seem to have forgotten it. I want to remind everyone through this series," he said.

The upcoming play will be staged in September, though no news on whether it will hold international shows in the future like his previous works.
