Stephy Tang denies hosting HKFA with Alex Fong
13 Mar – Hong Kong actress Stephy Tang recently expressed puzzlement over rumours that she will be hosting the Hong Kong Film Awards with ex-boyfriend Alex Fong.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who spoke to the media about the rumours recently, stated that a lot of people have been asking her about it, and that she found the whole thing quite random and strange.
"I don't think the HKFA would make such an arrangement," she said.
However, Stephy dismissed the idea that there would be awkwardness between her and Alex if they have to share the stage together.
"The two of us had many opportunities to work together, so it wouldn't be embarrassing at all," she said.
Stephy and Alex were in a ten-year relationship before calling it quits in 2016. The actress is currently dating Taiwanese singer Prince Chiu.
