This Sprawling Estate, Once Rented by Kylie Jenner, Has Us Taking Out Loans

This Stunning Estate Was Once Home to Kylie JennerHearst Owned

Stop what you’re doing: Living large just became more accessible, what with the former home of model and TV personality Yolanda Hadid—which was also once rented by Kylie Jenner!—recently going on the market for $35 million (listed by Daniel Milstein and Aaron Kirman of Christie’s International Real Estate). So, not that accessible...but at least you can marvel at the estate’s awe-inspiring features from a distance.

The 11,622-square-foot property at 3903 Carbon Canyon Road—which was put on the map when it appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills while Yolanda Hadid starred on the show—needs a prime-time series of its own, it seems. With six beds, 11 baths, a west-facing infinity pool, cozy-to-the-max media room, aquarium, double wine cellar (that has a 2,000-bottle capacity, we’ll have you know), cedar sauna, and parking for more than 20 cars, the Malibu estate isn’t messing around.

“The breathtaking ocean views and incredible sunset vistas are unparalleled. With amenities that are second to none, this home perfectly embodies the luxury and serenity that Malibu is known for,” Aaron Kirman, one of the agents holding the listing, tells us.

Other amenities of this sensational space to keep on your radar (a running list, in no particular order): the spa and meditation room, private nanny suite area, lemon orchard that looks straight out of the Amalfi Coast, and pantry-size fridge dedicated solely to fruits and vegetables. On the note of the latter, this “frantry” hybrid inspired its own social media accounts while The Real Housewives was airing, according to the Robb Report. Given all this well-deserved hype, it’s really no wonder Kylie Jenner started renting the home in 2019—for $450K a month—after Hadid sold it four years earlier. Real casual stuff over here.

The west-facing infinity pool is an ideal spot for chilling with a cocktail in hand while watching the sun descend.

Sometimes, Southern California manses (or, realistically speaking, mansions) are chockful of baffling perks and specialty rooms but have no style to speak of. Not so in this case: 3903 Carbon Canyon Road has many Mediterranean touches throughout (including the chic terrace’s sitting areas), as well as applause-worthy craftsmanship when it comes to the fireplace mantels, marble kitchen finishes, moody bathroom cabinetry, and beyond.
