A French speed flyer captured footage of his rapid descent down a mountain in the Austrian Alps, close to the village of St Leonhard in Pitztal.
The footage by David Andreev shows him speed flying down the mountain following the path of a river. Andreev told Storyful that speed flying is “basically paragliding but with a smaller wing which lets you go way faster.”
The footage’s thrilling perspective was made possible using a 360-degree camera fixed behind Andreev’s back. Credit: David Andreev via Storyful
