Spanish Flight Carrying Afghan Evacuees From Kabul Arrives in Madrid

A military plane carrying evacuees from Afghanistan arrived in Madrid in the early morning of August 19.

At least 53 people who had collaborated with the Spanish government were transported from Kabul after the Taliban took control of the Afghan capital and most of the country, according to news reports.
