Newly released footage shows police officers in Port Orange, Florida, saving a woman in a submerged vehicle during flash flooding on Friday night, November 5.
Dramatic bodycam footage shows the three responding officers in neck-deep water smashing windows to a vehicle almost entirely submerged, eventually rescuing the female driver who was trapped inside.
“This is another great example of Port Orange police officers’ daily commitment to the safety of their community and their willingness to put themselves in harm’s way to protect a stranger,” police said.
