Snowstorm Reduces Visibility in Cleveland as Weather Advisories Issued Across Northern Ohio

Heavy snow fell in Cleveland on Wednesday, January 25, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued winter storm warnings and winter weather advisories for northern Ohio.

This footage from NWS Cleveland shows poor visibility over interstate 480 as snow falls rapidly.

“Visibility is less than 1/4 of a mile at times with this heavier snow and quick slushy accumulation likely,” the caption read.

The NWS warned drivers to take extreme caution when traveling, reporting that snowfall totals may reach 9 inches by Wednesday night. Credit: NWS Cleveland via Storyful
