Snowboarder Makes Most of Winter Storm on Minneapolis Street

A man in Minneapolis made the best of the snow brought in by the coast-to-coast winter storm as he was seen snowboarding from the back of a car on February 22.

Angela Norvitch told Storyful that she was gazing through her window when she caught the amusing sight, with the video showing a man taking off on a snowboard after tying a rope to a car.
