Snow Piles Up in Central Pennsylvania

A winter storm brought snow and freezing rain to Pennsylvania on Wednesday, January 25, threatening some parts of the state with a half-foot of snow accumulation, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported.

Twitter user @denyswx said he filmed this video from Penn State University’s campus in State College on Wednesday.

The precipitation was expected to change to rain by Wednesday evening, according to the NWS. Credit: @denyswx via Storyful
