Snow Creates Wintry Waterfall in Oregon State Park
Snow created a beautiful scene at Oregon’s largest state park on February 22 after winter weather swept the region, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Footage captured by Clifford Paguio shows snow blowing across South Falls waterfall in Silver Falls State Park on Wednesday.
On Thursday, local media reported that more than 400 people sheltered in warming centers in the Portland area during the harsh weather.
The NWS issued a wind chill advisory for the area until noon on Friday, warning that “wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.” Credit: Clifford Paguio via Storyful
