Snow Blankets Upstate New York as Winter Storm Blows In

Snow blanketed northern New York on Thursday, January 26, amid a winter storm warning in the region.

Footage captured by Richard Ohanlon shows snow blowing across Potsdam, a village located about 20 miles south of the Canadian border, on Thursday morning.
