Slow-Moving Rainfall Band Produces Flash Flooding Across Alabama

A slow-moving line of rain showers brought flash flooding to areas of Alabama on October 5.

The National Weather Service reported the showers were moving northwards across Shelby, Jefferson, and Bibb counties, and urged drivers in the areas to be cautious.
