'Skippy in the Suburbs': Mob of Kangaroos Seen Bounding Down Street in Western Australia

A mob of kangaroos was seen bounding down a street in Rockingham, Western Australia, early on the morning of June 23.

Garbage collector John Caldwell filmed the group of four kangaroos jumping around the street while he was collecting the waste and posted it to the Bin Isolation Outing Facebook page. Caldwell told Storyful the animals come from a nearby golf course.

The Facebook group was created during the COVID-19 pandemic when restrictions on movement were at their most strict in Australia. Credit: John Caldwell via Storyful
