Siti Nurhaliza announces second pregnancy
1 Dec – Rumours of Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza's second pregnancy have finally been confirmed by the renowned Malaysian singer herself, who has just announced the good news on her Instagram.
Datuk Seri Siti, or better known to fans as Tok Ti, posted an announcement today, confirming that she is currently four months pregnant. This marks her second child with Datuk Seri Khalid Mohamad Jiwa a.k.a. Datuk K.
"Alhamdulillah. Today on 1 December 2020, my husband and I are officially announcing that I am four months pregnant.
"There has been no intention to keep mum on it these past few months, but my husband and I thought that when the time is right, we will share the good news with everyone, especially our family, relatives, friends, fans and anyone who knows us," she stated.
She also asked for everyone's prayers for her and her baby's good health, and so that she would be able to go through the coming days until the delivery with no difficulties.
The "Aku Bidadari Syurgamu" singer also expressed her gratitude to everyone who has been sending her good wishes.
"I am very grateful for this gift from Allah, it is a priceless blessing for me to be given a chance to carry a child again now that Siti Aafiyah is more than two years old. Alhamdulillah. Thank you all and do keep praying for me!" she added.
Fans as well as fellow artistes like Ning Baizura, Ernie Zakri, Scha Alyahya, Faizal Tahir and Tiz Zaqyah have been flooding the comment section with congratulatory wishes to the singer.
Rumours of her second pregnancy started circulating after several photos and videos shared recently by Datuk K's ex-wife, Datin Tengku Zawyah Tengku Izham, showed Tok Ti sporting a baby bump.
Tok Ti and Datuk K tied the knot in 2006, while their daughter Siti Aafiyah was born in 2018 through in vitro fertilisation (IVF).
