Siti Nurhaliza, Amy Search and Ella to perform at KEPCI Music Fest to celebrate KFC’s 50th anniversary

KUALA LUMPUR, July 11 — Top Malaysian singers Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, Amy Search, Ella and Misha Omar will hit the stage in three cities for KEPCI Music Fest 2023.

In celebration of KFC’s 50th anniversary, KFC Malaysia will organise the festival with all-day activities and games for all Malaysians in Selangor, Sabah and Johor.

The days will end with a spectacular concert with local acts like DOLLA, Bunkface, MK (K-Clique), Luqman Podolski and many more.

The festival will be held in Selangor at Stadium Melawati on August 26, Sabah at Kadazan Dusun Cultural Association (KDCA) on October 6 and Johor at Stadium Larkin on October 21.

Malaysians can secure their spots for the festival by buying any KEPCI Music Fest Combo Set from KFC restaurants or the KFC app and sending their receipt to http://www.kepcimusicfest.com.

“The KEPCI Music Fest 2023 is a celebration of Malaysia and KFC’s special relationship with our people,” QSR Brands Chairman Tan Sri Jamaludin Ibrahim said in a statement.

“We know that KFC is deeply embedded in the hearts and minds of many Malaysians as a brand that they grew up with and continue to enjoy.”

According to QSR Brands Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Nehchal Khanna, KFC Malaysia wanted to show gratitude to its true heroes, its customers.

“They are the ones who have taken us into their homes and hearts and propelled KFC to where we are today,” Khanna said.

“This festival is for them and the country, a testament to our unique shared values with Malaysia of friendship, unity and diversity.”

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) started in Malaysia in 1973 with an outlet in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and has since expanded to 770 outlets nationwide.
