KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 6 — American Jonas Brothers’ singer Joe Jonas, has legally filed to divorce his wife, Game of Thrones actress, Sophie Turner.

In the filing, Jonas asked for them to share custody of their two daughters, Willa, three and 14-month-old D.J., reported The Blast.

Jonas ‘respectfully requests’ in the documents that he and Turner ‘establish a parenting plan’ and a ‘timesharing schedule’ with their children.

Willa and D.J.’s primary residence was listed as Miami, Florida, where Jonas and Turner had been living.

The case was filed in Miami-Dade County Courts on September 5.

Interestingly, Jonas hired Thomas Sasser to file the case, the lawyer who also represented Tiger Woods.

Jonas and Turner will most likely not be arguing over their money amidst their divorce as they have an ‘ironclad prenup’.

He will keep all of his royalties from music while she will keep the money she made from her acting career.

Both will get to keep any property they acquired prior to their marriage and will only have to split profits from their marital home.

The only unknown at the moment is the pair’s custody and child support regarding their daughters, which will be decided by the judge.

The amount of child support will be determined by their monthly salaries and who is making more money.

Jonas, 34 and Turner, 27 were married in May 2019.

Jonas is currently touring with his brothers and bandmates, Nick and Kevin, after The Jonas Brothers 2023 tour kicked off in August.

Turner has been filming the ITVX drama Joan in the UK since May, in which she depicts the life of notorious British jewel thief Joan Hannington.
