'Significant' Damage Reported in Santa Cruz County as California Storms Continue

Widespread and “significant” damage was seen in Santa Cruz County, California, after a powerful storm brought flooding and dangerous surf conditions to parts of the state’s Central Coast on Thursday, January 5, local officials said.
