Siannise Fudge hints that she regrets Love Island

From Cosmopolitan

While we're very much missing our Love Island fix, Siannise Fudge from 2020's series has hinted at her regret over doing the show.

Despite coming runner-up with Luke Trotman during the first ever winter series, the 26-year-old opened up during a recent Q&A about how her involvement in the show has impacted her general well-being.

On Instagram Stories, Siannise asked fans about their assumptions of her, for her to address. One read, "You miss your old life before all the fame from Love Island."

Siannise replied, "True. I was very content and happy in my life before Love Island and I feel like mentally I’m not as happy."

She continued, "If I could turn back the clock I think I would have made a different decision – and I don’t mean to sound ungrateful. Mental health and happiness comes first for me always."

The Islander, who came runner-up to Paige Turley and Finley Tapp, also clarified that she was grateful to meet Luke Trotman in the villa, who she now lives with in London. "He was the only great thing to come out of it for me," Siannise added.

"Just wanted to clear that up. If I could have met him another way I would have."

While it's not clear what Siannise is referring to when she mentions feeling mentally more unhappy, she's not the first Love Islander to mention the toll leaving the show can take on them.

We're sending lots of love and good vibes her way.
