KUALA TERENGGANU, March 22 (Bernama) -- Terengganu FC (TFC) head coach Nafuzi Zain is not leaving anything to chance and has asked his players to provide video evidence of their daily individual training during the two-week Movement Control Order (MCO).
This, he said, will make it easier for him and his team of coaches to evaluate and modify their training programmes if necessary.
Nafuzi, who reminded his Super League players that the two-week layoff is not a honeymoon period, also urged them to continue with their individual fitness training programmes in case the Malaysia League (M-League), which was suspended on March 18 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resumed anytime soon.
“Apart from training, the players have also been reminded to take care of their health, eat proper food and be disciplined,” he said when contacted by Bernama today.
