Shirley Ballas says she likes 'Horlicks and sex' before going to bed at night
Strictly Come Dancing head judge Shirley Ballas has revealed her sex life is not slowing down at all now that she has entered her sixties.
The 61-year-old told The Sun it is "important to me to feel sexy" and said she and 49-year-old partner Danny Taylor are able to keep things interesting.

She said: "Lots of Horlicks and sex, or a bit of Horlicks and a lot of sex. My Danny just left this morning, we had a marvellous weekend together. There was lots of Horlicks. It was beautiful.
“It’s still important to me to feel sexy. I think every woman wants to feel that way. Everybody wants to have that sensual appeal and I don’t think you ever lose it."

Ballas suggested she gets it from her mother, who she describes as still "chatting up the guy next to her" on a recent trip out, despite the fact she's 84 years old.
She said that, while she's keen to wear "age-appropriate" outfits on Strictly Come Dancing, she's taking her lead from Amanda Holden, who "looks amazing at 50".

“I’m going to wear some short dresses because I rather like my legs," said Ballas.
"I think my ankles are the best part of my body. I like a plunging neckline too, but I’m not one for having it all hanging out."
Ballas will once again lead the Strictly Come Dancing judging panel this year, joined by Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse as well as new addition Anton Du Beke — replacing Bruno Tonioli.
This year's line-up includes Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, comic actor Robert Webb, comedian Judi Love and EastEnders legend Nina Wadia.

Great British Bake Off winner John Whaite will make history as one half of the show's first all-male couple, while EastEnders actor Rose Ayling-Ellis will be the first deaf contestant.
Ballas has high hopes for the new series, which has again been affected already by a positive COVID-19 test among the professional dancers.
She said: "I got the sense that everyone was truly grateful to be there and ready to show us what they can do. And it is a fantastic line-up.
“When they did the group dance, I think all the judges’ jaws dropped. I just thought to myself: ‘Good lord this is going to be a tough series because I have to send most of these people home and it is not going to be easy’.”

The pre-recorded Strictly launch show, in which the celebrities meet their professional partners, will air on Saturday night at 7.45pm on BBC One.
Then, there's just a week left to prepare for the celebs to take to the ballroom for the first time as the live shows begin on 25 September.
