Shila Amzah admits to be dating influencer Ubai Mz
9 Feb – Shila Amzah recently confirmed that she is now dating TikTok star Ubai Mz.
The singer, who was asked about the relationship after the 25-year-old social media influencer made the confession on the said platform, stated that their relationship is blessed by their families.
"My family is okay with Ubai. Don't say that it's not been blessed because there might have been reasons why they didn't like the previous one, right?" she said, possibly referring to how her parents were against her previous relationship with Sharnaaz Ahmad.
"This time, I make my own choice. So don't worry," she added.
As for the age gap, seeing that she is 33 while Ubai is only 25, Shila stated that she doesn't see it as a problem since she has dated younger men in the past.
In his previous confession, Ubai said that he has been a fan of Shila since he was 13, and started approaching the singer when he was still a nobody and she had just ended her marriage with Haris Idraki.
"Shila had nobody at the time, and she was crying on TikTok. I thought that she was in pain, so I tried to get to know her. I was there during the hard times," he added.
