Shiga Lin keeps mum about Carlos Chan
5 Jun – Shiga Lin has recently made her first public appearance since rumours of her romance with Carlos Chan made the news, though still keeping mum about the actual score between the two of them.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at the blessing ceremony of her new series "Criminal Investigation Diary" (working title), revealed that she plays the role of a forensic doctor in the said series, whose speciality is in entomology.
"I have to familiarise myself with insects and holding them in my hands. I also have to use related terminology, which is much more challenging," she said.
When her romance rumours were mentioned by the media, Shiga only responded that they had a lot of fun when they were filming a travel show earlier due to the fact that they were closer in age.
"Everybody became friends and we have been chatting all along," she said.
However, when asked if the two of them were dating, the singer stressed that she would not comment on relationship matters.
"I hope everyone could give me some space. The pandemic has been a really tough time and my work has been suspended because of it for a long time. I am very happy that my new series "Love After Death" is airing next week," she added.
When asked if she would be asking Carlos for acting tips seeing that she will be working with the likes of Kara Hui and Philip Keung in the new series, Shiga responded, "I have many great seniors around me, including Pakho Chau. There are also a lot of good actors in this new drama."
