Sherman Chung wants a more relaxed year
12 Feb – While most performers are aiming to hold their own concert this year, Hong Kong singer Sherman Chung recently shared that she would like to rest more in the Year of the Pig.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who appeared alongside Deep Ng, Cilla Kung an Angela Hui on a TVB Lunar New Year special recently, stated that she has already done so much in previous years.
"I've launched a few songs, held a concert, and participated in a stage play. So I really understand the importance of rest," she said.
However, Sherman stated that "resting" her vocals doesn't mean that she will stop working altogether.
"What I mean is I will not force myself too much. I've learned that you can't control everything, so leave it to God. Just enjoy the process," she said.
