Shaun Tam happy "Forensic Heroes IV" breaks premiere viewership

20 Feb – Shaun Tam recently expressed his elation over news that his new series, "Forensic Heroes IV" has made its debut to a high viewership.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor who spoke to the media at the promotional event of the said series recently, stated that he had stayed up until the wee hours of morning following the premiere to read the reviews and comments about the series.

"There were praises, criticisms, and even suggestions by some people. There was even one that claimed that I depended on my father, even though I haven't seen him for a long time," said Shaun, who is the son of veteran star Ti Lung.

The series, which premiered on 17 February, received 33 points in viewership ratings, breaking the previous record held by the Francis Ng-starrer, "Triumph in the Skies II".

Asked if he thinks the ratings will continue to soar, Shaun said that he wouldn't dare speak of it, but is confident that the series would do well.

"Forensic Heroes IV" co-stars Alice Chan, Selena Lee, and Raymond Wong, and marks the final series by famed producer Mui Siu Ching, who announced her retirement last week.
