It’s case closed for Shannon Beador and John Janssen.

Seven months after Janssen filed a lawsuit against Beador for $75,000 he claimed to have loaned her during their relationship, the pair have seemingly reached an agreement. Documents obtained by PEOPLE, dated Nov. 15, were titled “Notice of Settlement of Entire Case.”

In the filing, Janssen stated he and Beador came to a settlement and checked the box that an upcoming filing for dismissal would be “unconditional” and submitted within 45 days.

This came just one week after both Janssen and Beador requested a jury trial, per a Nov. 7 filing obtained by PEOPLE. In those same documents, they stated they were “willing” to complete a settlement conference, although, at the time, Beador’s filing showed they had not yet scheduled a date.

It is unclear what the terms of the settlement are, but the details of the case have been heavily documented on this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

In parts one and two of the season 18 reunion, which aired at the beginning of November, Beador explained that after some back-and-forth, she offered Janssen an agreed $70,000 if they signed a mutual non-disparagement agreement.

She claimed he denied her request, which Alexis Bellino, who is a “friend” this season and is currently engaged to Janssen, previously said was because Janssen felt a need to defend himself given the publicity of the case.

Throughout the season, the ladies questioned Beador’s story about what Janssen’s intentions behind the $75,000 payment was. On their cast trip, she seemingly confirmed there were discussions of a loan after insisting the money was a gift.

“I did need money at the time,” Beador said in an interview Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow brought up at a cast dinner. “[Janssen] said ‘I wish you could get a low-interest loan,’ and I go, ‘Well you have money.’”

When Emily Simpson, who is a lawyer, questioned if there were “any communications” indicating the transaction was a loan, Beador’s answer further surprised the group.

“There is one a few days after the promissory note,” Shannon admitted.

In a prior episode, John made a rare appearance in front of the cameras after vowing not to be on this season of RHOC. He explained in a confessional alongside Bellino that he filed a lawsuit against Shannon for alleged loans he gave her for a facelift.

“I didn't want to take legal action, but my hands were tied as I was days away from crossing the statute of limitations of being able to do anything legally,” he revealed. “[Beador] 100% knew these were loans, I have proof of that. Shannon sent me an email admitting it was a loan, so the comments about these being gifts are patently false.”

“Shannon has an interesting relationship with the truth,” he added.
