Severe thunderstorm uproots massive tree in New Jersey

A tree in Glen Rock, New Jersey was uprooted when a severe thunderstorm rolled across the area on Tuesday evening, July 6. A severe thunderstorm watch was issued until 11 p.m. for the state as well as New York and Pennsylvania due to threats of damaging winds, quarter-size hail, lightning, and heavy rains.
